Wissel architectuur studio, in collaboration with Rosalie Gielis, has developed a proposal for the creation of a new assisted living campus for young residents.

The project envisions the campus as a small village with a central square, surrounded by greenery. The campus consists of five houses, one of which accommodates the shared community program. All front doors open onto the central square, creating a sense of community and visibility. Each house has its own typology, yet all share the same core living space. This shared space is designed to allow staff oversight while still providing residents with privacy. Bedrooms are located along the outer edge of the village. The night corridor functions as an internal street, giving each resident a private back door and small terrace. Green boundaries define the perimeter of the site.
