The project consists of the complete renovation of a 19th-century row house in Antwerp. The project aims to preserve and strengthen the building’s original character while significantly improving comfort, daylight and the relationship with the garden.

The key intervention is the introduction of a concrete table: a structural element that supports the bathroom volume on the first floor and allows the volumes beneath it to be removed. A large north-facing glass roof brings soft natural light deep into the house.
